Ninja coffee machines reach Dubai through UAE retailers and international marketplace sellers: the Specialty Coffee Maker with its carafe and travel-mug sizes, the DualBrew Pro that takes grounds or pods, the Hot and Cold Brew System, the Espresso and Coffee Barista System and the Luxe Café with its built-in grinder. They look similar from the front, but they were built for different markets. The American models run on 120 volts and carry a warranty that excludes any unit used outside North America. The Luxe Café sold in the UK and Australia runs on 220 to 240 volts.

This page sets out what Ninja's own manuals say about the faults we are called to: the CLn message and the orange clean light, Add Wtr, the Er followed by a number, slow brews, overflowing baskets, leaks from the bottom, a grinder that stalls and a machine that will not heat. It also says plainly where the manuals stop. The Ninja manuals answers an Er code with one instruction, to phone customer service, and the number it gives is a US, Australian or New Zealand one.

Book a visit and a technician comes to your door, usually the same day. He tells you what is wrong and what it costs before he touches a part, and fixes it there when he can. If the machine has to come to our workshop, we pick it up.

## Ninja coffee machine repair in Dubai: what we fix and what it costs

The visit that finds the fault is AED 100 plus 5% VAT. Repairs after that run from AED 80 to AED 400 depending on what has failed, and you agree the price before any work starts.

- Give us the model code printed on the base or the box, such as CM401, CFP301, CP301, CFN601 or ES601.
- We fit genuine parts and the price covers the labour.
- Every repair carries a one-month warranty on the part and the work.
- Fixing at your address is our first choice. Workshop pickup is for faults that cannot be finished on site.

| Fault | What we check or replace | Where it sits in the range |
| --- | --- | --- |
| CLn or orange clean light that comes straight back | Descale correctly, then test the heater and its sensor | Lower to middle |
| Er followed by a number | Read the symptom, then test the board, sensors and heater circuit | Middle to upper |
| Add Wtr with a full reservoir | Reservoir valve and seat, flow sensor | Lower to middle |
| Slow brew or weak coffee | Scale in the water path, pump, brew basket seal | Lower to middle |
| Leaks from the bottom | Internal hose joints, reservoir valve, base seals | Lower to upper |
| Hot Wtr message or no heating | Heater, thermal fuse, temperature sensor | Middle to upper |
| Luxe Café grinder jam, no flow or leaks | Burr area, grind chute, pump, group seals | Middle to upper |
| Pod adapter or capsule side not detected | Lever switch, adapter seat, capsule bin sensing | Lower to middle |
| Dead, or damaged by the wrong supply | Test the cord, fuse, board and heater, then quote honestly | Lower to upper |

Where the repair bill would pass the price of a comparable new machine, we say so first, and you have paid only for the visit.

## Which Ninja coffee machine do you have?

Ninja sells many coffee models, and the manuals give different rules for each. Find the code on the base.

| Family | What it is | Supply stated in the manual |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Specialty Coffee Maker CM401 | Carafe and single-cup sizes, 50 oz reservoir, CLEAN button, Delay Brew | 120V, 60Hz, 1550 W |
| DualBrew Pro CFP300 series (CFP300, CFP301, CFP305, CFP355A) | Grounds, pods via a pod adapter, hot water dial | 120V, 60Hz; 1550 W or 1500 W depending on model |
| Hot and Cold Brew System CP301 | Coffee and tea, hot and cold brew, progress bar | 120V, 60Hz, 1550 W |
| Espresso and Coffee Barista System CFN601, CFN602 | Grounds side and a capsule side, integrated frother | 120V, 60Hz, 1550 W |
| Luxe Café ES601 (ANZ guide) | Bean-to-cup espresso with grinder, steam wand and milk jug | 220-240V, 50-60Hz, 1650 W |

Ninja sells other machines too. If yours is missing from the table, message the code and a photo of the fault, and we will say whether we can take it on before a technician is sent.

## Voltage: American Ninja models and the UAE socket

Four of the five families above are documented at 120 volts and 60 hertz. The UAE socket delivers 230 volts at 50 hertz. A 120 volt machine on a 230 volt supply receives nearly double what it was built for.

| Source | What it says | What kind of source |
| --- | --- | --- |
| CM401 owner's manual | 120V, 60Hz, 1550 W; products purchased, used or operated outside North America are excluded from the warranty | Ninja manual |
| CFP300 series guide | 120V, 60Hz; 1550 W on the CFP300 and CFP301, 1500 W on the CFP305 and CFP355A | Ninja guide |
| CP301 owner's guide | 120V, 60Hz, 1550 W | Ninja guide |
| CFN600 series guide | 120V, 60Hz, 1550 W | Ninja guide |
| Luxe Café ES601ANZ guide | 220-240V, 50-60Hz, 1650 W | Ninja guide for Australia and New Zealand |
| Ninja UK page for the ES601UK | 240 volts, 1,650 watts | Ninja UK web page |
| Carrefour UAE listing for a CFP301, sold by Desertcart | No voltage stated; the listing says electronic items may include an international plug requiring a UAE-compatible adapter | UAE retailer listing |

The retailer listing is worth reading closely. It names the CFP301, whose manual says 120 volts, and it says nothing about voltage. It also says specifications and packaging may differ from local versions. We cannot tell from the listing which supply that unit was built for, so the plate on the base is the only answer.

- Read the rating plate under the machine. 120V means a step-down transformer is needed in the UAE. 220-240V does not.
- A transformer must be rated above the machine's wattage. A 1550 W Ninja needs a high-wattage transformer, so check the rating before you buy one.
- The manuals say not to use extension cords with the product. Our reading: that means a rule about the machine's own cord. Plug a transformer directly into the wall and the machine into the transformer, rather than chaining several adapters. That is our practice, not Ninja's instruction.
- Ask any seller for the voltage and the market the unit was made for, in writing.
- A 120 volt unit that has already been on 230 volts and died should be left switched off. Message us rather than retrying it.

## Ninja warranty and service in the UAE

| Machine | Term and territory in the documents |
| --- | --- |
| CM401, CFP300 series, CP301, CFN600 series (US manuals) | One year from purchase, original owner only. Products purchased, used or operated outside North America are excluded. Claims go to a US customer service number with a receipt |
| Luxe Café, US warranty page | One year from purchase. Products purchased, used or operated outside North America excluded. Wearable parts such as the funnel, reservoir and bean hopper are not covered; commercial use is excluded |
| Luxe Café ES601ANZ | Two years, Australia and New Zealand. Proof of purchase required |
| Luxe Café ES601UK | The Ninja UK page says up to a 2-year guarantee upon registration with Ninja, and does not list the countries covered |

Ninja does have a local presence. In June 2024 SharkNinja announced that Al Khayyat Investments had been appointed its exclusive distributor in the UAE. The release says Shark and Ninja products will be available across the country, and that SharkNinja will benefit from the distributor's service teams. It gives no warranty terms and no service centre address, and the Middle East launch release names kitchen products but not coffee machines.

Ask the seller who stands behind the unit.

We are independent of Ninja and of its distributor. If your machine is still under a distributor warranty, use it first. If it is not, or the claim route is unclear, we give a one-month warranty on the part and the work.

## CLn, the clean light and descaling: what every Ninja manual says

The manuals for the CM401, DualBrew Pro, CP301 and Espresso and Coffee Barista System share one message and one procedure. The word on the clock is CLn. The CFP300 guide defines it as the system having detected that a clean cycle needs to be run immediately to remove calcium scale from the heater. The CP301 guide says the same for the boiler. On the CM401 and the CFN600, the clean indicator lights when a cycle is due.

| Model | Solution | Time | Afterwards |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| CM401 | Descaler for coffee makers, or 16 oz (Travel Mug line) of white vinegar topped up with water to Max Fill, 50 oz | About 60 minutes | Wash the carafe and reservoir, then run a Full Carafe Classic brew with water only |
| CFP300 series | Descaler, or white vinegar to the Travel Mug line, water to the Full line | About 75 minutes | Flush with water: Full Carafe Classic for grounds, 12 oz Classic for pods, Full Carafe on BOIL for hot water |
| CP301 | Descaler, or 16 oz white vinegar topped up with water to Max Fill | About 60 minutes | Full Carafe Classic brew with water only; repeat the whole cycle if the CLEAN light returns |
| CFN600, grounds side | Descaler, or white vinegar to the Travel Mug line, water to the Full line | About 75 minutes | Refill to Full, run one water-only Full Carafe Classic brew |
| CFN600, capsule side | Same solution | Up to 2 hours | Refill to at least the Cup line, run three water-only Lungo brews |

- All the manuals say to use only white vinegar if you use vinegar. The CM401, CFP300 and CP301 guides say to keep the carafe in place for the whole cycle, and the CFP300 guide capitalises the warning.
- The CM401 manual says cancelling the cycle means the machine will not be properly descaled.
- The CFP300 and CFN600 guides say a water-only clean cycle does not descale the brewer properly.
- The CM401 and CP301 guides say that if the clean light stays on after a cycle, run another.
- Every manual asks for a weekly clean of the system.

What the manuals do not say matters as much. None gives a number of cycles after which a stuck CLn means a failed part. A clean light that returns after two correct cycles with fresh solution points past scale to the heater, its sensor or the board. That reading is ours.

## The CM401 step by step

1. **Set up**: Select Full Carafe and put the empty carafe under the brew basket.
2. **Fill**: Fill the reservoir to the Max Fill line (50 oz) with a descaler made for coffee makers, following its package directions. Or fill to the Travel Mug line (16 oz) with white vinegar and add water up to Max Fill.
3. **Run**: Press CLEAN. The cycle takes about 60 minutes. Leave the carafe where it is.
4. **Finish**: At the end the unit beeps, the clock shows End and the CLEAN light goes out.
5. **Wash**: Empty and wash the carafe and the reservoir in warm soapy water.
6. **Rinse**: Refill with fresh water to Max Fill and run a Full Carafe, Classic brew with water only. Discard the water and wash the carafe.

The CM401 manual also asks you to rinse and refill the reservoir after each brew, and to wash the carafe in warm soapy water, with a soft foam brush for a deeper clean. It warns against wire brushes and abrasive cleaners.

## Add Wtr, End, PrE, StOP and the other clock messages

| Message | What the manual says | Where |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Add Wtr | Not enough water in the reservoir to finish the brew. Add fresh water and press the brew style to resume. On the CFN600 you can also reseat the reservoir and press START BREW | CM401, CFP300, CP301, CFN600 |
| CLn | A clean cycle is needed now to remove scale from the heater (boiler on the CP301) | CFP300, CP301, CFN600 |
| End | The brew or clean cycle is complete | CM401, CFP300, CFN600 |
| PrE | The brewer is preheating for a capsule brew and will start when ready | CFN600 |
| StOP | A brew was cancelled | CFN600 |
| Hot Wtr | Hot water was added to the reservoir. Empty it, refill with cool water, and wait until the message clears | CP301 |
| Er and a number, for example Er 03 | Contact Customer Service. No meaning is given for any number | All four guides |

Er is the message the manuals explain least. What we do is take the symptom, the model and what happened right before the message, then test the heater, sensors, pump and board in the order that fits.

## Brew problems the manuals cover, and their fixes

| Problem | Cause and fix in the manual | Models |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Sediment in the coffee | Grind too fine, especially with a permanent filter. Use a coarser grind or a paper filter, never both filters together | All four |
| Coffee too weak | Mild setting or light roast. Choose Rich, a darker roast or more grounds | All four |
| Coffee too strong | Rich setting, dark roast or too many grounds. Use Classic, a lighter roast or fewer grounds | CM401, CFP300, CP301 |
| Brew takes long | CM401: about 4 to 10 minutes is normal. CP301: about 4 to 18 minutes, watch the progress bar | CM401, CP301 |
| Cup or travel mug overflowed | Vessel too small. Use at least 12 oz for Cup, 14 oz for XL Cup, 16 oz travel mug, or 20 oz for XL Multi-Serve | CM401, CP301 |
| Brew basket overflowed | A clogged filter holder from fine grounds or too many grounds. Use a medium grind and the recommended amount; use fewer scoops for decaf | All four |
| Water left in the reservoir | Each brew style uses a different amount of water, so this is expected | CM401, CP301 |
| Leak from the brew basket | Parts assembled wrongly, or the Drip Stop is open. Check assembly and close the Drip Stop | CM401, CFP300 |
| Over Ice brew is not cold | Fill the vessel to the top with ice before brewing | CFP300, CP301, CFN600 |
| Reservoir wobbles | Seat it firmly on the hook and base and secure the latch | CFP300, CFN600 |
| Leak from the bottom of the machine | No cause is given. Call Customer Service | All four |

Notice what the last row says. The manuals explain splatter, sediment and overflow in detail and give no cause at all for a leak from underneath. That is a repair, not a setting.

## DualBrew Pro: pod adapter and selector problems

| Problem | Fix in the guide |
| --- | --- |
| Pod Adapter not detected | Seat the adapter fully, lock the handle, and turn the Hot Water Dial to the coffee bean icon |
| Sizes or styles not showing | Close the sliding lid fully or lock the pod handle, and set the dial to the coffee bean or water droplet icon |
| A small amount of water in the reservoir valve | Normal. Dry it |
| Leak below the brew basket | Close the Drip Stop |

If the adapter sits fully, the handle locks and the dial is on the bean icon and the machine still reports no pod adapter, the fault is in the detection, which is a repair we do.

## Espresso and Coffee Barista System: the two sides and the frother

The CFN600 series guide describes a grounds side and a capsule side, and each has its own faults.

| Problem | Fix in the guide |
| --- | --- |
| Coffee splatters | Some splatter is normal. Use the cup tray to shorten the drop |
| Can't select Keep Warm | Use Classic or Rich in Grounds mode with a carafe size selected, then press WARM |
| Indicator orange | The Intelligent Clean Cycle Indicator under the Grounds button is due. Run a clean cycle with vinegar or descaler |
| Capsule won't fit or crushes | Use only Original capsules, check orientation and empty the Capsule Bin |
| Lever won't close fully | Empty the Capsule Bin and check for blocked capsules |
| Add Wtr on a capsule brew | Reseat the reservoir and press START BREW; for capsules, try removing the capsule, then run a capsule clean cycle if the message persists |
| Brewer leaks from the bottom | Call Customer Service |

- The integrated frother does not heat milk. Heat the milk separately, for example in a microwave, if you want hot froth.
- Clean the frother whisk after each use.
- If you grind your own beans, the guide asks for a medium grind. Fine or espresso grinds can clog the basket.

## Ninja Luxe Café: messages, grinder and steam wand

The Luxe Café is a different machine from the drip models: a bean-to-cup espresso maker with a built-in grinder, 2 litre reservoir and a milk jug on a platform. Use the booklet that matches the market your unit was sold in, US or UK.

| Message | Meaning in the guide |
| --- | --- |
| ADD BEANS | The hopper is empty or beans are not feeding. Add beans, or unplug and push beans toward the burrs |
| INSTALL PORTAFILTER | The portafilter is not seated flat and fully pushed into the grinding cradle |
| INSTALL FUNNEL | The funnel is not attached to the portafilter correctly |
| INSTALL HOPPER | The hopper is not locked. Turn the handle clockwise |
| ADD WATER | The reservoir is low or not seated. Add water or reseat it, then press START BREW |
| INSTALL JUG | The milk jug is not on the platform. Keep the jug and platform dry |
| RINSE | A cold drink was requested right after a hot one, so the machine runs a rinse cycle |
| PURGE | The steam wand needs purging |
| DESCALE, CLEAN | A descale or clean cycle is required |
| Er and a number | A fault code. Contact customer service on the AU or NZ number |

### Troubleshooting entries

| Symptom | Cause and fix in the guide |
| --- | --- |
| No water from the portafilter | Low water, reservoir not seated, still warming up, grind too fine, or descale needed |
| Espresso stream slow or small | Grind too fine, clogged basket, or descale needed |
| Stream very fast | Grind too coarse or coffee tamped too lightly |
| Espresso runs around the portafilter edge | Portafilter misaligned, grounds on the basket rim, or the seal needs replacing, which means calling support |
| Frothing won't start | Not yet warm, low water, reservoir not seated, wand not down, or milk below the minimum line |
| Grinder jammed | Grind too fine for hard light roasts. Empty the hopper, reinstall, set the grind to 25 and hold START GRIND |
| Grinder clogged | Residue from oily beans. Unplug, empty the hopper and brush out the grind chute |
| No crema | Light tamp, grind too coarse, stale beans or a clogged basket |
| Machine leaking | Drip tray full, reservoir not seated, or the seal needs replacing |
| No power | Check the socket and press POWER. The machine switches off by itself after 20 minutes |
| Pulsing or thumping while brewing | Low water or the reservoir not seated. Some pump noise is normal |

Two entries send you to support for a seal. A worn group seal is a part we replace, and the supply of such parts in the UAE is something we cannot promise before opening the machine.

## Luxe Café cleaning, descaling and grinder care

### Clean cycle

- Takes about 6 minutes and lights CLEAN automatically. You can run it sooner if the brew quality changes.
- Empty the main drip tray, fill the reservoir to Max Fill, put the double basket in the portafilter, place the cleaning disc on the basket with the handle facing up, and put one cleaning tablet in the centre of the disc.
- Fasten the portafilter in the group head, press CLEAN, then press the centre dial.
- At the end, remove the portafilter and drip tray with care and wash them by hand in warm soapy water.

### Descale cycle

- Takes about 90 minutes and is required when DESCALE lights up. The guide says that if it is skipped, drink quality will diminish and the machine may clog and stop working.
- Dissolve the Ninja descale powder in 1.1 litres of water in a separate container and pour it into the reservoir after removing the water filter.
- Put the double basket in, fasten the portafilter, set the milk jug on its platform with the steam wand inside, and place an empty cup of at least 533 ml under the portafilter.
- Press DESCALE, then the centre dial. Afterwards hand-wash the portafilter, drip tray and jug, refill with fresh water, flush the group head with an M+ CLASSIC brew, and press PURGE with the jug removed.

### Grinder and steam wand rules

- Never let the burrs touch water.
- Use whole beans only and avoid cold or frozen beans. Avoid flavoured beans, whose oils and sugars increase residue.
- Clean the grinder at least weekly with daily use, and more often with dark, decaf or oily beans. Clean it monthly or at each change of beans if you use it less than daily.
- Use only the supplied brush on the burrs.
- Do not reach into or touch the steam wand or jug while they work, and never froth directly into your coffee.
- After each use wipe the wand with a damp cloth and push it down to trigger the auto purge. Wash the jug and whisk after each froth.

## Descale solutions across Ninja: vinegar here, powder there

| Machine | What to use |
| --- | --- |
| CM401, DualBrew Pro, CP301, Espresso and Coffee Barista System | Descaler made for coffee makers, or white vinegar only. The vinegar is 16 oz topped up with water to the fill line |
| Luxe Café ES601ANZ | Ninja descale powder dissolved in 1.1 litres of water for the descale cycle, and a cleaning tablet for the clean cycle |

Do not carry the vinegar rule from the drip models over to the Luxe Café. The Luxe Café guide names its own powder and tablet, and a grinder with burrs inside is the last place to experiment with household products.

## Power and plugs

- Every manual says not to use extension cords with the product. The supplied cord is short by design.
- The Luxe Café guide adds that you should never use a socket below the counter.
- Use the machine only with water in the reservoir, filled only to the Max Fill line, and never run it without water.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug or body in water or any other liquid.

The short cord and a 1550 W load put the weight on the wall socket and on any transformer between it and the machine. Use a socket in good condition, and do not chain adapters.

## Safety

- The points below are our own advice unless a manual is named. Switch off and unplug before cleaning; the manuals' wording on immersion points the same way.
- Keep the machine on a dry, level counter. Water under a machine that is plugged in is a reason to unplug first and look afterwards.
- Do not keep using a machine that trips the breaker or smells of burning plastic.
- Hot water and steam can spurt from the basket area and from the Luxe Café wand. Keep hands clear.
- Use the manual's descaler or white vinegar only, and do not mix cleaning products.

For anything inside the case, use someone who can test it.

## Care routine for a Ninja coffee machine

| Task | How often | Source |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Clean cycle on the drip and Barista models | Weekly | CM401, CFP300, CP301, CFN600 guides |
| Rinse and refill the reservoir | After each brew | CM401 manual |
| Wash the carafe | After each use | CFP300 guide, CM401 manual |
| Clean the frother whisk | After each use | CFN600 guide |
| Clean the Luxe Café grinder | Weekly with daily use; monthly or at a bean change otherwise | ES601ANZ guide |
| Wipe the Luxe Café steam wand | After each use | ES601ANZ guide |
| Luxe Café clean and descale | When CLEAN or DESCALE lights up | ES601ANZ guide |

A weekly clean is a firm request in four manuals. No manual says how many weeks of skipped cleaning lead to a failed heater, so we do not put a number on it.

## Signs that are normal on a Ninja

| What you see | What the manual says |
| --- | --- |
| Water left in the reservoir after a brew | Each brew style uses a different amount |
| A little water in the reservoir valve | Normal on the DualBrew Pro; dry it |
| Brew taking 4 to 10 minutes | Normal on the CM401 |
| Brew taking up to 18 minutes | Within the range given for the CP301 |
| Some splatter into the cup | Normal on the Barista System; shorten the drop with the cup tray |
| Pump noise while brewing | Some is normal on the Luxe Café |
| RINSE after switching from hot to cold drinks | The Luxe Café rinses after a hot drink before a cold one |

A sign that stays after you have done what the table says is a fault.

## Where the manuals stop and a technician starts

| Situation | What the manual offers | What we do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Er plus a number | Call customer service | Test by symptom: heater circuit, sensors, board |
| CLn after two correct clean cycles | Run another cycle | Test the heater and its sensor |
| Add Wtr with a full, seated reservoir | Add water or reseat | Test the reservoir valve and flow sensing |
| Leak from the bottom | Call customer service | Open the machine and trace the leak |
| Hot Wtr with cool water in the reservoir | Wait until the message clears | Test the temperature sensor |
| Luxe Café seal leak or no pressure | Call support | Inspect and replace group seals if the part can be sourced |
| Capsule lever or pod adapter fault after the checks | Empty the bin, reseat the adapter | Test the switch and the lever mechanism |

The manuals give American or Australian phone numbers for these points. A technician here covers the same ground without a call overseas.

## What happens on a visit

1. **Message us on WhatsApp**: Tell us the code on the base, the message or light you see and your area.
2. **Technician arrives**: He normally reaches you the same day.
3. **Rating plate first**: Before opening anything he reads the plate and compares it with your socket and any transformer.
4. **Tests**: He checks the water path, pump, heater, sensors and board, and on a Luxe Café the grinder and group seals, following what the machine does.
5. **Price**: You get the figure first. No part goes in until you say yes.
6. **Proof**: He runs a brew, and on the Luxe Café pulls a shot, before leaving.
7. **Warranty**: A month on the part and on the work.

If the repair needs the workshop, we take the machine, explain why, and give you a date to expect it back.

## Repair or replace a Ninja?

No Ninja manual says when to stop repairing. The guide below is our own: price the nearest new machine and be cautious when the repair costs about half of it.

| Fault | Our usual view |
| --- | --- |
| Scale, blocked basket, loose reservoir or leaking seal | Worth repairing |
| Pod adapter, capsule lever or switch fault | Worth repairing |
| Er message with a failed board on a drip model | Compare the quote with a new machine |
| Heater failure on a drip model | Compare the quote with the price of a new one |
| Damage after a 120 volt unit ran on 230 volts | Test first; the repair may exceed the machine's value |
| Luxe Café grinder, pump or group faults | Worth a diagnosis before deciding |

If you buy new, pay attention to the market. Ask for a model with a 220-240 volt plate and a warranty you can actually use in the UAE.

## Before you message us

- Is the reservoir fully seated and filled to the line, and is the Drip Stop closed?
- Have you run the clean cycle with the carafe in place and let it finish?
- Is the filter basket free of fine grounds, with only one filter type fitted?
- On a pod adapter, is it seated, the handle locked and the dial on the bean icon?
- On the Luxe Café, are the hopper, funnel and portafilter locked and the jug dry?
- Does the plate on the base match the supply you plug into?

If nothing on that list changes the result, pull the plug and message us.

## What to tell us when you book

- The model code from the base, and the colour if you know it.
- The voltage and wattage on the rating plate.
- The exact clock message or the colour and place of the light.
- What happened right before the fault, such as a clean cycle, a move or a power cut.
- Where you bought it and whether a transformer is used.
- Your area.

Tell us what you have tried from this page, so we do not repeat it.

## Frequently asked questions

### How much does Ninja coffee machine repair cost in Dubai?

The visit is AED 100 plus VAT. Most repairs then cost AED 80 to AED 400, and you agree the price before we start.

### Does Ninja have a service centre in Dubai?

SharkNinja appointed Al Khayyat Investments as its exclusive distributor in the UAE in 2024. We are an independent technician and not an authorised service partner of Ninja. Ask your seller who covers the unit.

### Can I use an American Ninja in the UAE?

The CM401, DualBrew Pro, CP301 and Barista System manuals state 120 volts and exclude units used outside North America from the warranty. UAE supply is 230 volts, so you would need a transformer rated above the machine's wattage.

### What does CLn mean on my Ninja?

The manuals say a clean cycle is needed now to remove scale from the heater. Run the descale cycle with a coffee maker descaler or white vinegar and let it finish.

### What does Er 03 mean?

The manuals give no meaning for any Er number. They tell you to contact customer service. We test the heater, sensors, pump and board by symptom.

### The clean light came back after I descaled. Why?

The CM401 and CP301 guides say to run another cycle. If it returns after a second correct cycle with fresh solution, the heater or its sensor needs a test.

### Why does my Ninja show Add Wtr with a full tank?

The manuals define it as too little water to finish the brew and tell you to add water or reseat the reservoir. If it persists with the reservoir seated, the valve or flow sensing needs checking.

### Why is my Ninja leaking from the bottom?

The manuals give no cause and tell you to call customer service. A leak from underneath comes from inside the machine, so switch it off and have it opened.

### Can I use vinegar in a Ninja Luxe Café?

The drip and Barista manuals allow white vinegar. The Luxe Café guide specifies Ninja descale powder and a cleaning tablet, so follow that guide.

### Does the Ninja frother heat milk?

On the Espresso and Coffee Barista System it does not. The guide says to heat the milk separately.

### How often should I clean a Ninja coffee maker?

Weekly, according to the CM401, DualBrew Pro, CP301 and Barista System guides, with a rinse of the reservoir after each brew on the CM401.

### Is it worth repairing a Ninja?

Scale, seals, switches and adapters usually are. A failed board or heater on a low-cost drip model needs a comparison with a new machine, and we give you both figures.
