What we do
One Click Dubai is an appliance and air conditioning repair company based at Office 701, Oasis Mall, Al Quoz 1. Our technicians visit homes, restaurants, hotels, offices, clinics and shops in every part of Dubai.
Most repairs are done on site, at your home or business. Some need the bench, test equipment or a long repair time, and those go to our workshop.
- Home appliances: fridges and freezers, washing machines, dryers and washer dryers, dishwashers, ovens and cookers, gas, electric and induction hobs, glass cooktops, kitchen hoods, microwaves and ice makers.
- Air conditioning: split, ducted, cassette, window and central systems, with servicing, cleaning, duct cleaning, gas refills and installation.
- Commercial equipment: ice machines, chillers, commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and fans, vending machines and commercial laundry machines.
- Maintenance contracts for businesses, including AC and chiller contracts with 6 visits a year and kitchen exhaust contracts with 9 to 10 visits a year.
How we work
Bookings are taken 24 hours a day. Most visits happen the same day, and emergencies are attended within the hour.
Every visit starts with a diagnostic. It costs AED 100 plus 5% VAT, with no extra charge at night or at weekends. The technician finds the fault, tells you what it will cost to repair, and starts only after you agree the price.
We fit genuine parts, and about 90% of the parts we use are kept in stock. Every repair carries a 1-month warranty on parts and labour, set out on our warranty policy page.
