How the booking form works
The booking form on this website does not store your details on our website. When you confirm, it opens WhatsApp with your details written into a message. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC (Meta), and its own privacy policy covers how it handles your messages.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy first.
Why we use your data
- To arrange and confirm your visit and send a technician to the right address.
- To diagnose and repair your appliance, order parts and prepare your quote and invoice.
- To honour your warranty and answer complaints.
- To run maintenance contracts for businesses.
- To meet our legal duties, including tax and accounting records.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We share your data only where it is needed to do the work or where the law requires it:
- Our technicians, so they can reach you and complete the job.
- Parts suppliers, when a part has to be ordered for your appliance. They receive the appliance details they need, not your contact details unless delivery requires it.
- Service providers who run our phone, messaging, hosting and accounting.
- Government authorities, when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep job records and invoices for as long as UAE tax law requires, which for VAT records is at least five years. Other personal data is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then deleted.

Under UAE data protection law you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data, where we do not need to keep it by law.
