Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you book a visit with One Click Dubai or use this website. Please read them before you book.

Last updated October 2026

1. Who we are

In these terms, "we", "us" and "One Click Dubai" mean the company trading as One Click Dubai. "You" means the person or business booking the work. One Click Dubai, Office 701, Oasis Mall, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Phone and WhatsApp: +971 55 209 9785.

2. Booking a visit

You can book by phone, by WhatsApp or through this website. A booking made on the website opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and it is received once you send that message.

After you book, a technician contacts you to confirm the visit time. The time you choose when booking is a preference, and the confirmed time is the one agreed with the technician.

Please give accurate details of the appliance, the fault and your address, and tell us about anything that affects safety, such as a gas smell, water near electrics or a burning smell.

3. The diagnostic fee

Each visit carries a diagnostic fee of AED 100 plus 5% VAT. It covers the technician coming to you and finding the fault. There is no extra charge for visits at night or at weekends.

Commercial maintenance contracts are priced separately, and the terms in the contract apply to those visits.

4. Quotes and your approval

After the diagnostic, the technician tells you what the repair involves and what it will cost. No repair work starts until you agree the price.

If you decide not to go ahead, you pay the diagnostic fee only.

If the technician finds a further fault once the work has started, they stop and tell you before doing anything that would change the agreed price.

5. Parts

We fit genuine parts. About 90% of the parts we use are kept in stock. When a part has to be ordered, we tell you the expected arrival date before you agree to the repair, and the repair is finished on a second visit.

Parts are supplied for fitting by our technicians. We do not sell parts on their own.

6. Workshop repairs

Most repairs are done at your home or business. Some need to be done in our workshop. The technician explains why and agrees it with you before the appliance leaves your property.

7. Access and safety at the visit

  • An adult should be present for the visit.
  • Please arrange any building access, parking or work permit your building or community requires.
  • Please clear the area around the appliance where you can, and tell the technician about any earlier repairs or changes to it.
  • The technician may refuse or stop work that would be unsafe, for example where gas, electrical or water supply arrangements are dangerous. You pay the diagnostic fee only in that case.

8. Changing or cancelling a visit

If you need to move or cancel a visit, call or message us as early as you can so the technician can be sent elsewhere.

9. Payment

The technician confirms the amount due and how to pay at the visit. Prices are in UAE dirhams and VAT is charged at 5% where it applies. You receive an invoice for the work, and you need it to make a warranty claim.

10. Warranty

Repairs carry a 1-month warranty on parts and labour. What it covers and how to claim are set out in our warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our warranty is separate from any manufacturer warranty on your appliance. If your appliance is still inside the maker's warranty, check its conditions before booking, because work by anyone other than the maker's service network may affect it.

11. Our liability

We take care to work safely and to protect your property. We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence while carrying out the work.

  • We are not responsible for faults that existed before our visit and were not part of the agreed repair.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as spoiled food or stock, lost business or lost income, except where UAE law does not allow this to be excluded.
  • Where the law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

12. Advice on this website

Our guides explain common faults and safe checks. They are general information, not instructions for a specific appliance. Do not open gas, refrigerant or mains electrical parts yourself. If you are unsure, stop and book a technician.

Prices quoted from published market guides on this website are for information only and are not our price list. Your price is the one agreed with the technician after the diagnostic.

13. Complaints

If something is not right, call or message us on +971 55 209 9785 and tell us what happened. We will look into it and reply to you directly.

14. Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you book is the one that applies to your visit.
