Warranty Policy

Every repair we carry out comes with a 1-month warranty on the parts we fit and the work we do.

Last updated October 2026

What the warranty covers

For one month from the date of the repair, if the part we fitted fails or the fault we repaired comes back, we return and put it right at no further charge for parts or labour.

The warranty covers the work and parts listed on your invoice. Installation work is covered on the same terms.

What it does not cover

  • A different fault, or a part we did not replace, even on the same appliance. If a new fault turns up, we diagnose it and quote it like any other repair.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, liquids, pests, or the appliance being moved or dropped after the repair.
  • Damage from power surges, faulty electrical supply, low water pressure or a gas supply problem outside the appliance.
  • Work done on the appliance by anyone else after our repair, or parts fitted by anyone else.
  • Items that wear out with normal use and need regular replacement, such as filters.
  • Cleaning and servicing visits, which restore condition but do not replace a part.

How to make a claim

  • Call or message us on +971 55 209 9785 within one month of the repair.
  • Give the invoice number or the date of the repair, and describe what has gone wrong.
  • A technician visits to check whether the problem is covered.
  • If it is covered, we repair it with no charge for parts or labour. If it is not, the technician explains why and gives you a quote before doing any work.

Please do not have anyone else work on the appliance before we have looked at it, because that ends the warranty on our repair.

Commercial maintenance contracts

Repairs carried out under a maintenance contract carry the same 1-month warranty, unless the contract says otherwise. Where the contract and this policy differ, the contract applies.

Manufacturer warranties

Our warranty is separate from any warranty given by the maker of your appliance. If your appliance is still inside the maker's warranty, check its conditions before booking, because work by anyone outside the maker's service network may affect it.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law and does not reduce them.
