Overview

One Click Dubai handles Hisense washing machine repairs at home across Dubai, with a technician on site the same day. That covers Hisense front loaders such as the HWFM8012, top loaders such as the WTY1802T, twin tubs and Hisense washer dryers.

This page is organised the way Hisense owners describe their trouble. It starts with how to reach the service, gives one table that matches each common problem to its cause, and then goes deeper into leaks, draining, spinning, the door lock, start faults, noise, parts and codes.

Parts are genuine Hisense parts, matched to the model on the rating label.

Hisense washing machine repair in Dubai: the basics

Hisense washing machine repair in Dubai with One Click Dubai begins with a AED 100 diagnostic visit, plus VAT, at your home. The technician identifies the fault, agrees a fixed price with you, and usually completes the repair in the same visit.

Hisense washing machine service centre in Dubai

For a Hisense washing machine service centre in Dubai, call or WhatsApp One Click Dubai on +971 55 209 9785. Our service center comes to you: a technician, test equipment and genuine Hisense parts, at your home the same day.

Hisense is a newer name in the UAE, so most of its machines here are still fairly young. On a young machine the faults are usually small ones: a pump blocked by a coin, a door lock, an inlet valve, a drain hose pushed too far into a pipe. They are fixed in one visit.

How the visit runs

1
You describe the fault

What the machine did, what the display showed, and when in the cycle.

2
We test

The technician runs the machine's test sequence and checks the suspect part electrically.

3
You approve the price

Fixed, with the part named.

4
We repair

And run a complete programme with water.

5
You receive an invoice

Showing the warranty.

We also service Hisense machines that are working: filter, pump housing, inlet screens, drawer, door seal, belt, shock absorbers and a hot drum clean.

Hisense washing machine problems: match the symptom to the cause

Hisense washing machine problems fall into a small number of patterns. Use this table to find yours, then read the section named in the last column.

One reset is worth trying for any of them: switch off, pull the plug for two minutes, and start a short programme. If the fault returns, do not keep repeating the reset. The control has found something real.

Hisense washing machine leaking water

A Hisense washing machine leaking water from the bottom has a loose filter cap, a failed pump seal, a split internal hose or a worn tub seal. A leak at the front, under the door, is the door seal or too much detergent foam.

Finding a leak from the bottom

Pull the machine forward, dry the floor, lay a sheet of newspaper under it and run a short wash. The wet patch on the paper shows whether the leak is at the front, where the filter and door are, in the middle, where the pump and tub are, or at the back, where the hoses connect.

Many Hisense front loaders detect water inside the base and stop with the drain pump running. If the machine pumps constantly and will not fill, there is water in the base tray, and the leak must be found and the tray dried before it will work again.

If water is pouring, close the tap, unplug and call. We aim to reach live leaks inside the hour. Slower ones are covered in the leaking guide.

Hisense washing machine not draining

A Hisense washing machine not draining water has a blocked drain filter in most cases, and Hisense front loaders show F03 for a drainage error. A top loader with the same fault has a blocked or badly placed hose, or a failed drain motor or pump.

Front load, including the HWFM8012

1
Unplug and open the filter cover

At the bottom right of the front panel.

2
Drain into a tray

Loosen the filter a quarter turn at a time.

3
Clean the filter

Coins, clips, buttons and lint collect here. Check the impeller behind it.

4
Check the hose

For kinks, and for its depth in the standpipe.

5
Run Spin or Drain

And listen for the pump.

A Hisense HWFM8012 not draining after the filter is cleared usually needs a pump. It is a clip-in part on this model, replaced from the front with the lower panel removed.

Top load, including the WTY1802T

A Hisense WTY1802T not draining should have its hose checked first. This is a large top loader, and if it is a pump-drain model the hose must rise to the standpipe within the height limits in the manual. If it is a gravity-drain version, the hose must stay on the floor. A hose set wrongly for the type will stop the machine every time.

With the hose correct, the fault is a blocked outlet under the tub, a failed drain pump or a failed drain motor. All are home repairs. See the not draining guide.

Hisense washing machine not spinning

A Hisense washing machine not spinning has either refused the spin, because of water, balance or foam, or lost the ability to turn the drum. Hisense front loaders show Unb when the load could not be balanced.

Top loadDrains, will not spinClutch or beltBook
Top loadKnocks the cabinetSuspension rods or uneven floorLevel. Rods if it persists

A WTY1802T not spinning with a king-size duvet inside is doing what it should. One large item balls up on one side of an 18 kg tub and cannot be balanced. Wash it with a couple of towels, or use the bulky programme, which fills higher and spins more gently.

If your Hisense washing machine does not spin with an empty drum, the fault is mechanical or electrical. See the not spinning guide, or book a visit.

Hisense washing machine door locked

A Hisense washing machine door locked after the programme opens once the lock symbol goes out, a minute or two after the drum stops. If it stays locked, look for water in the drum, a child lock symbol, or a failed lock.

Water in the drum. the door will not release. Drain at the filter, or run Spin.
Child lock. hold the two buttons marked with the lock symbol for about three seconds.
After a power cut. the lock can stay engaged. Unplug for five minutes.
Lock failed. the door stays shut with the drum empty and the machine off. Many models have a release cord by the filter. Pull it gently downward and open the door.

HWFM8012 door lock

On the Hisense HWFM8012, the door lock sits behind the front panel on the right of the opening. When it fails, the machine either refuses to start, with the lock symbol blinking, or keeps the door shut after the wash. We change it from the front by releasing the door seal's outer band. It is a 30-minute repair.

If the door opens but the next wash will not start, with the lock symbol blinking, the lock is failing in the other direction: it can no longer close its contact. That is the same part and the same repair.

Never force the handle. More help is in our door locked guide.

Hisense washing machine not starting

A Hisense washing machine not starting has no power, or has power and is waiting for the door, the water or the child lock.

Hisense machines with a delay function will sit counting down if the delay was set by mistake. Hold the delay button, or switch off and on, to clear it. See the won't start guide.

A noisy Hisense washing machine

A noisy Hisense is pointing at a specific part, and when the noise happens tells you which.

Violent shaking in the first weekSpinTransit bolts still fitted

Roar that builds with speedSpinDrum bearings
Rattle or scrapingWashCoin or bra wire between drum and tub
Loud humDrainObject in the pump
High-pitched whineSpinNormal on inverter motors at top speed, if it has always been there

A coin trapped between the drum and the tub is worth removing promptly. It can usually be reached through the heater opening or the sump hose without dismantling the tub.

Transit bolts are the first check on any new machine. There are usually four at the back, and all must be removed and the holes plugged. More in the noise guide.

Hisense washing machine replacement parts

Hisense washing machine replacement parts we fit most are the drain pump, door lock, inlet valve, door seal, belt, shock absorbers and heating element. All are genuine Hisense parts ordered against the model number.

We supply parts fitted and tested as part of the repair, so that the warranty covers both the part and the workmanship.

Hisense washing machine codes

Hisense washing machine codes that an owner can act on are few. The rest tell a technician where to begin.

DisplayMeaningWhat to check
F01Water inlet errorTap fully open, inlet hose not kinked, inlet filter clean
F03Drainage errorDrain filter, drain hose, standpipe
UnbUnbalanced loadRedistribute or change the load size
Other F numbersInternal faults such as the door lock, sensors, heater, motor or electronicsRestart once. If it returns, note the number and book

The numbers used for internal faults are not the same on every Hisense range, and older and top load models use E numbers. Your manual has the list for your machine. Tell us the code and the model, and the technician will arrive prepared.

Hisense repair cost, and when to replace

Hisense washing machine repair in Dubai typically costs AED 150 to AED 400 at market rates for a pump, lock, valve, belt, seal or heater, and AED 400 to AED 900 for a board, motor or bearings. Our diagnostic visit is AED 100 plus VAT.

Because most Hisense machines in Dubai are fairly young, repair is usually the right call. The exception is a bearing failure on a low-priced model, where we put both figures in front of you.

We cover all of Dubai, including Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, JLT, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Dubai Hills and Deira. Other makes are on our washing machine repair page.

Hisense top loaders: lid, water level and clutch faults

Hisense top loaders have three faults of their own that front loaders do not share, and each has a clear symptom.

Lid switch

The machine will fill and wash with the lid open on some models, but none will spin. If the wash ends with a full, still tub and a beep, close the lid firmly. If nothing changes, the lid switch or the small magnet in the lid that operates it has failed. It is a short repair.

Water level

A top loader measures water with a pressure sensor connected to the tub by a thin air tube. A tube that has slipped off or a chamber clogged with residue makes the machine overfill, underfill or sit waiting after filling. We clear the tube and chamber and test the sensor.

Clutch and drain motor

To spin, a top loader must open its drain and release the inner tub through the clutch. On many Hisense models a single drain motor does both through a cable and lever. A weak drain motor gives a slow drain and no spin together. A worn clutch gives a tub that spins during the wash when it should stay still, or will not spin at all. Both are replaced from underneath with the machine tilted.

Large Hisense top loaders are heavy when full. If one has stopped with a full tub, leave it in place and call. We drain it safely before starting work.

Hisense control board and inverter board repair

A Hisense washing machine with a dead display, a frozen programme or a drum that never moves while every mechanical part tests good has a fault on its control board or, on inverter models, on the separate board that drives the motor.

Main board power supply. the machine is dead, or the display flickers and resets.
Relays and triacs. one function, such as the heater, a valve or the pump, never switches on.
Inverter board. the drum does not turn or jerks and stops, usually with an F code stored.
Display or touch board. buttons do not respond, or respond by themselves when the panel is damp.
Wiring between boards. an intermittent fault that comes and goes with vibration on the spin.

We test the parts each board drives before condemning the board, because a shorted pump or valve will damage a replacement in the same way. Component-level repairs are done on the bench in our workshop while the machine stays at your home. Where a board cannot be repaired, we fit a genuine Hisense board for the model.

A surge protector on the washer's socket is cheap insurance for an electronic machine, particularly in buildings with frequent maintenance shutdowns.

Hisense washer dryers that will not dry

A Hisense washer dryer that washes normally and leaves laundry wet after the drying phase has a fault in its drying circuit, which has its own heater, fan, sensors and air duct.

SymptomLikely causeRepair
Drum turns, air coldDrying heater, or its safety thermostat has trippedHeater or thermostat
Warm and damp after hoursFluff blocking the condenser and fan housingStrip and clean the duct
No fan soundFan motorFan motor
Drying stops after minutesDrying temperature sensorSensor
Laundry too wet to dryPoor final spinFix the spin fault first

Halve the load for drying. The drying capacity printed on the door is lower than the washing capacity, and a full wash load cannot tumble freely enough for warm air to pass through it. See our washer dryer repair page.

Installing a Hisense washing machine

We install Hisense washing machines, and a correct installation prevents the faults that most often appear in the first month.

1
Remove every transit bolt

Front loaders have them at the back, holding the tub rigid for transport. Keep them for a future move, and fit the plastic plugs in the holes.

2
Remove the base packing

Top loaders have a foam or card insert under the tub.

3
Level the machine

Adjust the feet until it does not rock, then tighten the lock nuts.

4
Connect the inlet hose

With its filter washer, to a tap that opens fully.

5
Position the drain hose

At the height range in the manual, with the end loose in the standpipe so that air can enter.

6
Plug into a wall socket

Not an extension lead.

7
Run a short empty wash

And check each joint.

A drain hose pushed deep into a standpipe, or sealed into it with tape, makes the machine siphon. Water runs out as it fills, and the wash stops with an inlet error although the tap is fine.

Looking after a Hisense washing machine

A few regular habits prevent most of the Hisense repairs described on this page.

Clean the drain filter once a month, and after washing anything that sheds heavily.
Check pockets. Coins, hair grips and screws are behind most pump failures and many torn door seals.
Use the dose on the detergent pack for the load size, and no more. Excess foam causes leaks at the door and failed spins.
Run the drum clean programme, or the hottest cotton programme with the drum empty, once a month.
Wipe the door seal fold dry after the last wash and leave the door and drawer ajar.
Unscrew the inlet hose twice a year and rinse the mesh filter.
Keep to the rated load. Overloading wears bearings, shock absorbers and belts.

If the machine starts to sound different, vibrate more or take longer than it used to, have it checked then. Faults caught early are nearly always cheaper.
